Cosbys recipe for cosynasa meal Ingredients: 8oz of wholemeal bread flour (I use a blend of 1 tbsp wholemeal, 2 tbsp rice flour and 1 tbsp sunflower seeds) 1/4 tsp salt 1 egg, beaten 1 cup water 1 tsp instant yeast 1 Tbsp cinnamon 1Tbsp olive oil 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 1 tbsp cornflour 1 medium onion, chopped 1 carrot, chopped Method: Make the bread flour.
Mix together the flour and the salt in a small bowl and add to the egg mixture.
Whisk in the water and yeast.
Add the chopped onion, carrot and the carrot mixture to the bowl.
Turn the bowl on medium-high and knead the dough for a minute.
Make sure that the dough is well formed and is no longer sticky.
Knead for 10 minutes.
Pour the dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Roll out the dough into a 10cmx10cm square and shape into a square.
Cut the square into 8 pieces.
Take a slice and cut it into 8 rectangles.
Put the rectangles in a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rest for 20 minutes.
